The Organizing Committee of the Canaval National 2025, which will take place from March 2nd to 4th, 2025, in the historic city of Fort-Liberté around the theme "Haïti debout ! Ayiti Kanpe !" has submitted a provisional budget for this cultural event in the amount of 536 million Gourdes (± 4.1 million US dollars) to ensure the financing of security, infrastructure, artistic performances and logistics. On the other hand, Patrick Delatour, the Minister of Culture, revealed the members of the Honorary Committee and the National Organizing Committee of the 2025 Carnival:
