On Monday, July 21, 2025, under the authority of Prime Minister Alix Didier Fils-Aimé and Transitional Presidential Advisors Leslie Voltaire and Laurent St-Cyr, a high-level strategic meeting was held at the Prime Minister's Office. The meeting was attended by Patrick Pelissier, Minister of Justice and Public Security; Mario Andrésol, Secretary of State for Public Security; representatives of the Security Task Force; and senior officials from the Haitian Armed Forces (FAd'H), the Haitian National Police (PNH), and the Multinational Security Support Mission (MMSS).
