2 BRH armored vehicles riddled with bullets

On Thursday morning, October 9th, two Toyota armored vehicles belonging to the Bank of the Republic of Haiti (BRH) were riddled with bullets by heavily armed individuals at the Champ-de-Mars. One of the vehicles was carrying soldiers from the Haitian Armed Forces (FAD'H), while the second had no passengers. No injuries were reported.

Delmas : Municipal Budget of One Billion

On Tuesday, October 7th, at the Municipal Palace, Wilson Jeudy, Mayor of Delmas, launched the new fiscal year and reviewed the past year before presenting the main budget guidelines for 2025-2026. 8 armored vehicles blocked in Pont-Sondé

On Thursday, October 9, 2025, the high command of the Haitian National Police (PNH) sent eight armored vehicles to Petite-Rivière de l'Artibonite to strengthen the operational capacity of law enforcement officers deployed in the region. However, these vehicles were blocked near Pont-Sondé by protesters demanding concrete measures to eliminate the "Gran Grif" gang.
