On Monday, March 30, 2026, the Ministry of Defense issued a call for applications to recruit a military and defense expert-consultant and a multidimensional strategic risk analysis expert-consultant (geopolitical and geostrategic).

These two experts will, on the one hand, contribute to strengthening the Ministry's technical and operational capacities and guide decision-making regarding the reform and development of the Armed Forces of Haiti (FAd'H), and on the other hand, contribute to the production of proactive and strategic knowledge aimed at ensuring better security governance in the country.

Candidates must demonstrate 10 years of experience in their field. The Ministry requires proven expertise and a university degree.

Deadline : Applications can be submitted until April 15, 2026 to the Human Resources Department of the Ministry of Defense, in Delmas 60.
