- The repair of the building housing the IML and its opening to the Hospital of the State University of Haiti ;

- The opening of the Centre of anapathologie to the hospital de la Paix in Delmas 33 ;

- The appointment of medical staff by the Ministry of Public Health and Population ;

- The continuous staff training ;

- The approval of the operating budget ;

- The allocation to the Centre of material resources and specialized equipment.

By late January, training sessions will be organized by experts for Police officers and Magistrates.
