The Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs interested parties that the Swiss Confederation, through the Federal Commission for Scholarships for Foreign Students (FCS), is launching a call for applications for Swiss Government Excellence Scholarships for the 2027-2028 academic year.

This program offers :

• Research Fellowships : These allow students to conduct a research project of up to 12 months at a Swiss higher education institution or a recognized research institute as part of doctoral studies.

• Doctoral Fellowships : These allow students to pursue a doctorate at a Swiss university or a recognized research institute for up to 3 years.

For both types of fellowships, applicants must hold a Master's degree or equivalent and have an academic supervisor in Switzerland.

For the 2027-2028 academic year, the application deadline for Haitian citizens is November 10, 2026. Applications must be submitted online via the GO ESKAS platform.
