In a statement before the press, the Senator Moïse Jean Charles revealed in a preliminary report of the Sub-Committee of the Senate, to which he belongs with the Senator Benoît, responsible for investigating, to the Immigration, the nationality of Head of State and of and members of the Government, that 3 Secretaries of State are foreign nationals.

"[...] actually, there are 3 Secretary of State who hold dual nationality, we have Georges Racine, Secretary of State for Internal Affairs who is a U.S. citizen [...] ; we have Elsa Baussan Noël, the Secretary of State for cultural and Heritage Affairs who has Spanish nationality and Jean Claude François Secretary of State for Higher Education of Canadian citizenship [...]

...the other people who are in government, we have finished watching their passports, we'll ask some of them to come pick up their passport, but if necessary, we can request them once agaig... That's the situation, I do not think there are other additional information..."
