The Prime Minister, Laurent Lamothe, sends his congratulations to Victoria Duval which won the national tournament tennis of San Diego (USA), which will lead her to the age of 18, to take part in next US OPEN , which begins Aug. 27, 2012.

Daughter of Haitian obstetrician-gynecologist, Dr. Jean Maurice Duval, Victoria was trained in JOTAC [Joe Etienne Tennis Académie] in Haiti and played a tournament at the age of 14 years at Bellevue Circle. Emigrated to the United States, the young Victoria has developed his skills until to take part in international tournaments.

In the circumstances, the Prime Minister, on behalf of the Haitian people and the Government, wish him the greatest success in this noble venture.
