Two young Haitian athletes: Ricardo Jasinthe (17 years) and Mackenson Fenelon (14 years), trained in Haiti to the Football Academy Perles Noires, led by the Brazilian NGO Viva Rio, have been selected to be part of the team of Audax, training center for players participating in the 1st Division of the State of São Paulo.

Ricardo and Mackenson have been selected by Thiago Scuro, Executive Manager of Audax and experienced football coach, who visited Haiti earlier this year and was impressed by the talent of two young Haitian athletes. Scuro has praised other local players, which are likely to be selected this year or during the upcoming season.

Fenelon will play in the child team, while Ricardo will be part of the juvenile team. Our two players will play the biggest football tournament of the category : "Cup Sao Paulo Junior" (Copa São Paulo de Futebol Júnior), which revealed innumerable talents of Brazilian football.

Our two young hopefuls, will leave Haiti on September 23 for Brazil. The duration of their stay in Brazil, will depend on their performance in the field and their adaptation to the new country.
