Haiti - Elections : The 3 new members of CSPJ to the CEP

Today the Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSPJ) has proceeded to the vote of 3 members of the judiciary in the Permanent Electoral Council (CEP). On the initial list of 12 3 were considered withdrew, they are the 3 members alreadyinstalled in the CEP, Salnave Exantus, Yves Benoît Jean-Marie and Patrick Métellus, on the 9 remaining, the elected are Léopold Belanger with 6 votes, Applys Félix with 7 votes and Mrs. Marie Carole Floréal Duclervil with 6 votes.

The country is now with a new crisis, with on the one hand 3 members already installed which are "immovable" and they don't have the intention to leave their position and according to the conference given yesterday "nobody has the authority to decide today the removal of a judge of the Court of Cassation in office, except the High Court of Justice" and on the other hand, 3 new members appointed by the CSPJ that can not be installed.
