We also heard of observers, lawyers, analysts, advisers of the Presidency who also share this point of view, today, the Presidency, the Executive has no authority over the electoral advisers, who sworn and who are members of Permanent Electoral Council.

Any approaches of the Executive, of the Presidency that would tend to bring out the members [of CSPJ] of the Permanent Electoral Council, would be totally contrary to the Constitution and the law, and you know how the rule of law is important for the President of the Republic. It is a way that should not be considered, under penalty of disqualifying, the political vision of the President of the Republic.
