The National Library of Haiti (BNH) will be closed to the public from November 5 to 10, 2012 due to inventory. However, the administrative and technical services work normally.

In addition, the Directorate General of the BNH, who is working to improve its services and to the implementation of its expansion program, indicated that the redevelopment work of its premises and of construction of the Auditorium are progressing as planned. Also, on the occasion of its inauguration at the beginning of December 2012, it will proceed to the launches and openings :

Of the website of the BNH ;

Of the Digital Library of the Public Service ;

Of Central computerized file ;

Of the Programme of access to reading for the blind ;

Of the Magazine REPÈRES ;

Of the Documentation Center Political and Legal ;

Of the Specialized Center for Children and the Elderly ;

Of the Restoration and Binding Workshop.
