The Presidential Decree dated April 5, 2013, published Thursday, April 11, 2013 in the #63 Official Journal of the Republic, "Le Moniteur", finally confirm, the formation of the College Transitional of Permanent Electoral Council (CTCEP), whose specific mandate is to organize the upcoming senatorial elections, municipal and local.

This decree confirms that the CTCEP is formed of the following citizens :

For the Legislative Power :

a) Pierre Simon Georges ;

b) Néhémy Joseph ;

c) Marie Clunie Dumay Miracles ;

For the Executive Power :

a) Jean Marie Vianney Emmanuel Ménard ;

b) Jacqueline Patricia Chantale Raymond ;

c) Gloria Margarette Girault Saint-Louis ;

For the Superior Council of the Judiciary :

a) Léopold Berlanger ;

b) Marie Carole Innocent Floreal Duclervil ;

c) Applys Félix.
