Monday, April 22, as part of the World Earth Day, the President Michel Martelly accompanied among others by, Jean Francois Thomas, Minister of the Environment, conducted an assessment visit mainly in Jalousie and Debussy where work of infrastructure are underway to protect and preserve the Morne Hospital. "The time has arrived for the state to fully assume its responsibilities regarding the protection and preservation of Morne Hospital.
