Yves Jean-Bart, President of the Haitian Football Federation (FHF) announced the signature of a contract with the league of Hauchem of Montreal to allow our Grenadiers to carry out a 2-weeks training camp from June 19 in Montreal (Canada), for their participation in the 12th edition of the Gold Cup, which will be held in USA from July 7 to 28, 2013.

Under the agreement, the league Hauchem of Montreal, led by Célésomme laneus, agrees to host at the Universal Hotel, a total of 34 persons part of the Haitian delegation also included in the contract "Three meals a day (international standard), a small snack before each game, a field for training. They will put at the disposal of Grenadiers, a cloakroom, a bus to transport the players, a mini bus for purchases related to the needs of the selection and two liaison officers. The latter will be available for all Grenadiers everywhere they need to go. Managers of Hauchem will also intervene if a player is injured."

It is up to the FHF to obtain Canadian visas for members of the delegation to provide the tickets and the "per diem" for each player and member of the technical team.

The Grenadiers are expected to Montreal Wednesday, June 19 to compete in four test matches. On June 22 against the "Montreal Impact", on June 26 against a selection of "All the stars of Montreal". Two other meetings, against of selections to be determined, are scheduled for June 30 and July 4. On July 6, the Grenadiers will travel to New York to play two days later their first match in the Gold Cup against Honduras.

Before this training camp, our Grenadiers will face Spain (world champion and double European champion) on June 8 in Orlando, and on June 11 in Rio they will play against Italy.

For his part, Antonio Israel Blake Cantero, the national coach has promised to form a great team "These are players who are more determined to defend the colors of the country that will be part of the national team. Expatriates who play at the highest level will be there, but they are the best that will be called. I am sure that we will have very competitive selection in the Gold Cup."
