The Prime Minister, Laurent Lamothe, currently on an official visit to Brazil, was the subject this week of a convening in the upper House, may 28, at the initiative of several senators https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-8622-haiti-politic-laurent-lamothe-convened-by-the-senate.html which threaten to have recourse to the interpellation of Head of Government, in case of absence.

In response to this convening, Lucien Francoeur, the Secretary General of the Primature, has formally requested, in a letter addressed to Dieuseul Simon Desras, President of the Senate, to postpone this convening of 3 days, on 31 May 2013 in the same hour.
