Haiti - Football : Historic match, Haiti against the World Champion

As part of the preparation for the Gold Cup (July 7 to July 28, 2013), our Grenadiers, senior men's national team, 59th in the FIFA world rankings, will face in a friendly match, Spain, the #1 in the world, Saturday, June 8, 2013, from 4:00 pm, at Sun Life Stadium of Miami, 347 Don Shula Drive Miami Gardens, Florida.

For this match, Blake Cantero, the Cuban coach of the National team, can not rely on Jean Jacques Pierre (Caen/France) and Réginald Goreux (Krylya Sovetov/Russia) absent due to injury ; on Johnny Placide RS Reims/France) and Kim Jaggy (FC Wil/Switzerland) absent for reasons beyond their control and Luckner Horat Junior (Aigle Noir AC), moved away from the national team.

List of 20 players selected :

Goalkeepers : Frandy Montrévil (Valencia FC) and Jospy Julien (Cavaly AS)

Defenders : Jean Garry Rubbin and Wilde Donald Guerrier (América FC), Bitiélo Jean Jacques (VSI Tampa Bay/USA), Olrish Saurel (Don Bosco), Méchack Jérôme (Sporting Kansas City/USA), Kévin Lafrance (Banik Most/Czech Rep.) and Judelin Aveska (Indépendiente Rivadavia/Argentina).
