Examinations for the 6th fundamental year will be held as scheduled, through the ten academic departments on Wednesday 19 and Thursday, June 20, 2013. In total, 279.989 candidates are expected to attend the exams. The West has the largest numbers (221.149 candidates), followed by the Artibonite (66.927 candidates) and North (47.358 candidates). Nippes have the smallest effective with 13,530 candidates.

Wednesday, June 19 :

French Communication 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Experimental sciences: 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Thursday, June 20 :

Mathematics 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Communication Creole 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Social Sciences: 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Measures to respect :

The Ministry of Education informs that the instructions will be strictly applied during the period of state examinations from 19 June to 12 July 2013 :

• Any candidate caught in the act of fraud or misconduct will see its copy revoked and will be expelled from the local after a record has been drawn. The offending candidate will not be able to participate in examinations for a period of up to four years, depending on the severity of the fault ;

• No candidate may enter the examination center with a weapon, regardless of its nature ;

• Candidates are subject to return for any outfit judged improper ;

• The use of programmable calculators and any other communication device is prohibited ;

• The use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited in the examination centers, except for those responsible for the examination centers as needed ;

• Any candidate caught in the act of fraud with a cell phone, will be eliminated and will not be able to participate in the bac exams for two years. The cell phone will be seized by the agents attendants for this purpose in the examination centers and transmitted to the Justice of the Peace of the jurisdiction concerned for appropriate action ;

• Anyone caught committing fraud on the edge and / or in the examination centers will be put under arrest and surrender to the judicial authorities for legal action ;

• It is forbidden security staff of examination centers of entering in the examination rooms ;

• Nobody can have access to an examination center without special permission from the central government (Minister, Directorate General, BUNEXE, Directorate of Secondary Education, Department of Basic Education Department Directorate).
