Chiara Milani, the World President of Junior Chamber International (JCI), will be in Haiti from 28 to 30 July as part of her international tour. During her stay, Chiara Milani among others, will host several working sessions with members of the organization in Haiti. A welcome cocktail will be offered to her Sunday evening at the Hotel Montana.

Monday morning, Ms. Milani will meet in the town hall of Delmas, Wilson Jeudy with the acting principal executive officer. Discussions will focus on the relationships that exist between the mayor and the JCI for the development of the town.

Both authorities then will proceed to a ceremony of laying the first stone of a Multi-center of the JCI Haiti, whose construction is funded in large part by the global office of JCI, around 340,000 U.S. dollars. This center will have several meeting rooms and conferences, a library, a private audio-visual production room, an amphitheater and a multimedia space, aims to provide a framework of opportunities for young to develop their talents. Sensitive to the plight of children, Chiara Milani, after the ceremony, will participate in a mobile clinic conducted by members of the JCI Haiti at the orphanage Thagimi in homassin 32. 21 hildren will be examined by specialists in infectious diseases and general practitioners. Meanwhile children will receive toys, distributed by the World President and the national office of JCI Haiti.
