Like last year, the National Port Authority (APN), participates in the Carnival of Flowers, held this year under the sign of the protection of the environment. The Directorate General of the APN, through its presence in the Carnival of Flowers 2013 provides its full support for the development of the culture and tourism in Haiti, in harmony with the wishes of the administration Martelly/Lamothe.

Recalling its willingness, as designated authority by the Haitian government in the field of port operations, to work to better serve for the good of the community, the APN launches a solemn appeal for calm, serenity and conviviality from the festival goers for a total success of that unifying cultural event.
