This complaint relates directly to the Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and the UN mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH) for careless and dangerous behavior.

For Me Brian Concannon,awyer and director of the IJDH "Immunity does not mean impunity [...] victims are entitled to a trial, if the UN refuses to do them justice."
