Me Thimoléon was also the President of the majority bloc in the Lower House "Parliamentarians for Stability and Progress" (PSP) [now rempalced by Altès Toussaint, deputy of Saint-Marc], a member of the Commission for Justice and Public Safety, of the Foreign Affairs Commission, Cults and Haitians living abroad and a member of the CommissionInterior and Local government, Decentralization and border Development.

The rest of the office is composed of : Ronald Victor, Vice President; Romial Smith, 1st Secretary; Ogline Pierre, 2nd Secretary and Renaud Jean Baptiste, Quaestor (Treasurer).

Remember that Tuesday, at the level of senate, Senators decided by 14 votes for, 4 against and 0 abstentions, to renew the office of the great body, the Senate President, Simon Dieuseul Desras was maintained as president for a third term. The office is composed of Simon Dieuseul Desras, President, John Joel Joseph, First Secretary, Steven Irvenson Benoit, second secretary; Andrice Riche, vice president and Fritz Carlos Lebon, Quaestor (Treasurer).
