If the classification of three leading candidates remain unchanged in the results of the 3rd week, the differences between these three candidates are changing: Charles Henry Baker (1) widening the gap with Martelly Michel Joseph (2) 7.29% this week against 2% the previous week. The gap Mirlande Manigat (3) Charles Henry Baker (1) is now 10.05% against 4.42% the previous week (combination of Charles Henry Baker in the voting intentions simultaneously with the decline of 1.19% in the intention to vote among Mirlande Manigat (3)). Note that the consequences of this fall of intention reduces also the difference between Manigat Mirlande (3)) and Céant (Me) Jean Henry (4) to 4.07% whereas this variation was of 5.25% the previous week.

In the overall ranking three candidates win seats and 4 lose. Some candidates are beginning to mobilize the Internet users.

The winners :

• Jeune Léon gain 2 positions (moving from the 7th to 5th place) and jumped of 3.27% in the the intention of i-vote

• Jeune Jean Chavannes gain 1 position (moving from the 9th place to 8th) with 0.15% more in the intention of i-vote

• Christallin Yves gain 1 place (moving from 13th place to 12th). The intention of i-vote for this candidate remains unchanged, This position earned result of the decline of some other candidates.

The losers :

• Alexis Jacques-Edouard loses 1 place (moving from the 5th to 6th place) with a decrease of -1.96% in the the intentions of i-vote

• Voltaire Leslie loses 1 place (moving from the 6th to 7th place) with a decrease of 0,68% in the the intentions of i-vote

• Abellard Axan Delson loses 1 place (moving from the 8th to 9th place) with a decrease of 0.86% in the the intentions of i-vote

• Bijou (Dr.) Josette loses 1 place (moving from the 12nd to 13rd place) with a decrease of 0.25% in the the intentions of i-vote

This week, the white vote is 5.04%. The white vote (vote blanc) is used by Internet users to express their disagreement the elections of November 28, 2010 or that none the candidates is appropriate to them.
