"The Sport for Hope Center is an asset for young people," said the Minister, who congratulated the leaders of the COH and the Center for their commitment to providing young people with the support they need to flourish.

During the visit, the Minister met and encouraged Judge Karel Altidor, a 400m specialist, one of the athletes who will defend Haiti's colors at the Youth Olympic Games from 2 to 26 October in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

According to Minister Charles, we must motivate the young athletes who will represent us in international sports competitions and provide them with the support of the authorities and equip the federations for the development of their respective sports disciplines throughout the national territory.
