Jean Hilbert Lebrun, Secretary General ai of the Presidency, informs the general public and public and private sector agents in particular of the provisions of Article 2 of the Presidential Decree of 7 March 2012 on national time :

Article 2 :

"As of the date hereof, starting at 2:00 am on the first Sunday of November, the national time will decrease by 60 minutes."

So Sunday, November 4, 2018 at 2:00 am, it will be 1:00 am.

Jean Hilbert Lebrun, asks everyone to adjust to this new provision, in order to not have any setbacks in their daily activities.
