Haiti - Phone : The Digicel facing an electrical problem...
Monday in a note, the Digicel informs its customers that following an electrical problem occurred Sunday, November 4 around noon, one of its 3 Data Centers (more precisely that located in the area of the international airport) is partially dysfunctional and many of his services are affected.
Customers served by this Center (approximately 30% of subscribers) can not access some of the mobile services such as outgoing calls and the use of internet services. The difficulties are gradually resolved and the technical team continues to work hard to stabilize the service completely.
