In accordance with the laws and regulations in force, in order to allow more people with disabilities to pursue careers in Public Administration on the basis of their qualifications and aptitudes according to the wishes of the law of March 13, 2012, the Office of Management and Human Resources (OMRH) in conjunction with the Office of the Secretary of State for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities (BSEIPH), advise that the call for applications, as part of the modernization of the administration for the recruitment on competition, of50 people with disabilities is extended until 7 December 2018.

Job Category :

10 Category A jobs :

Category A positions are filled by public servants who perform design, analysis, synthesis, development, coordination and direction work. Access to this category is open to holders of a university degree corresponding at least to the license.

20 B category jobs :

Category B jobs are filled by civil servants who carry out a job application with a recruitment requiring at least a university-level training leading to a certificate attesting the schooling completed in a course of study of a minimum duration of 3 years.

20 C category jobs :

Category C jobs are composed of civil servants who carry out executive work with recruitment requiring at least the postgraduate level of the basic school.

The competition will take place in December 2018. The application period, started on November 12, is extended and will end on December 7, 2018 at 4:00 pm < B>

The 50 winners of the competition will receive training and will follow the entire process of access to the Public Service provided by the laws and will be distributed to positions in all institutions of the public administration.

The candidacy of young people and women is strongly encouraged.

Conditions to be a candidate :

• To be of Haitian nationality;

• Be 35 years old or younger;

• Enjoy his civil and political rights;

• Be good life and morals.

Required Documents (Candidature File) :

• Curriculum vitae;

• Photocopy of a university degree corresponding at least to the license for category A; a certificate attesting a university education of a minimum duration of 3 years for category B; an attestation justifying the level of the third cycle of the basic school for category C;

• Photocopy of the birth certificate or extract from the Archives;

• Two recent date ID photos;

• A recent medical certificate demonstrating the disability situation;

• Photocopy of the tax registration number and photocopy of the National Identification Card (CIN);

• Extract from recent criminal record.
