Friday, January 8 took place the inauguration of the brand new high school Roseline Vaval, ceremony chaired by the Head of State, Jovenel Moïse in the presence of the First Lady, Martine Moïse, Pierre Josué Agénor Cadet, Minister of National Education , Joseph Nicolas Director General of the National Education Fund (FNE), Charles Ernst Chatelier, Director General of the Economic and Social Assistance Fund, the educational and administrative staff of the school, students and notables of the area, with a strong presence of the population.

It is with immense joy that the students of the Lycée Roseline Vaval de Vialet, led by the President of the Republic from the old building, took over the new premises of their school.

Built on an area of ​​10,000 m2, the new school has 18 classrooms of 51.84 m2 each, a dining hall, a kitchen with a service area, a caretaker's accommodation; 2 technical rooms, an administrative block divided into a waiting room and the director's office, an infirmary, a sanitary block, an outdoor podium, a basketball court....

The construction of the Lycée Roseline VAVAL was financed 70% by the Kuwaiti Development Fund and 30% by the FNE.

The follow-up of the works, the equipment of the classrooms and the administration was ensured by the FAES.

He took the opportunity to submit several requests strongly supported by the students, in particular: a computer room, equipment for an infirmary room, a chemistry laboratory, books for the library and equipment for an autonomous energy source.

The Minister Cadet assured the Director of the high school that the necessary will be done through the FAES to respond to his requests, certain aspects of which have already been taken into account by the Ministry in the specifications of the high school.
