"The town hall of Jacmel advises the public in general and visitors in particular that any citizen who finds himself in the commune of Jacmel must have an identity document issued by the Haitian Public Administration under penalty of to be arrested in accordance with the laws of the Republic.

As of ten in the evening (10 pm), minors must be accompanied by their parents.

This sovereign decision aims to fight against juvenile delinquency and to further secure the citizens of the commune against the knights of the night and the troublemakers who dare to endanger the lives and property of the citizens of the commune.

The authorities are asked to lend a hand in the application of this decision for the well-being of the community.
