The Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training (MENFP), the Bank of the Republic of Haiti (BRH) and AFLATOUN (an international firm specializing in social and financial education) organized, from July 24 to 28, 2022 in Cap-Haitien, under the direction of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), a 2nd workshop on the integration, concepts of social and financial education, in the fundamental education.

During this workshop, the participants were able to: Identify the concepts to be included in the curriculum of the basic education cycle - Agree on the exit profiles and map the disciplines that will promote the teaching of these concepts.

At the end of the workshop, the BRH reiterated its commitment to work, in collaboration with the MENFP and the MEF, for the improvement of financial inclusion with a view to building a society where the citizens of Haiti will be better educated on economic and financial notions.
