1,877 people killed in 6 months

Friday, August 12, 2022, Eric William Stromayer, the Chargé d'Affaires a.i. of the American Embassy in Haiti, paid a visit to the Toussaint Louverture International Airport, in Port-au-Prince. He met representatives of the National Airport Authority (AAN) and the National Civil Aviation Office. On this occasion, as part of the partnership between the AAN and the United States, the diplomat donated 50 standard coats, pants and boots for firefighting to the airport security authorities.
