The Bank of the Republic of Haiti (BRH) has published its new circular 114-3 which defines the standards relating to fund transfer operations without counterparty. Among other things, the Bank maintains its injunction to banks and transfer houses to pay international transfers in Gourdes. FIFA : Our Grenadiers move back one place

Haiti remains 10th in the CONCACAF zone (CONCACAF podium: #1 Mexico, #2 United States and #3 Costa Rica).

BRH : Injection of 10 million dollars

Thursday, the Bank of the Republic of Haiti (BRH) proceeded to a new injection of 10 million US dollars on the foreign exchange market, intended exclusively for the import needs of oil companies, specifies the BRH.

Delmas : Resumption of cleaning services

The cleaning service of the town hall of Delmas has restarted with cleaning activities suspended due to the fuel problem.

North Dept. : Municipalities under construction

Municipalities in the Nord department are under construction as part of the implementation of the Municipal Development and Urban Resilience/MDUR project. In Acul du Nord, construction of the rue Dugué canal has begun. Work at the junctions of Pedro and St Jacques streets has been completed. Work on Rue Wayan, in Plaine du Nord, is continuing, as is the Gabionnage at Ravine Bois Gauche. Note that the MDUR project is funded by the World Bank and implemented by the Pan American Development Foundation (PADF) in the municipalities of Quartier-Morin, Milot, Limonade, Plaine-du-Nord and Acul-du-Nord. It consists, among other things, of strengthening urban resilience capacities by reducing the risks associated with flooding.
