Digicel, 3 new fiber optic cables vandalized

Thursday September 22, said Thursday Maarten Boute from Digicel said "We have 3 fiber optic cables that go to Grand'Anse to bring the internet signal (one underground). The underground cable was vandalized in two places. The cables on poles were cut for the construction of barricades. Repairs are in progress.
