Nearly 12,000 prisoners fed thanks to Food for the Poor

Food for the Poor Haiti sent dry food rations to serve almost 12,000 prisoners in the prison system during the month of October. We were able to supply 1,350 bags of rice and 1,600 cases of rice flour. In addition, we are working with the penitentiary administrative management to help them improve their water supply and internal propane distribution and cooking systems within the penitentiary.
