Crisis : 7 Democratic senators write to Biden

7 Democratic Senators Robert Menendez, Cory Booker, Tim Kaine, Raphael Warnock, Richard Durbin, Benjamin Cardin and Chuck Schumer, in a letter addressed to President Jo Biden, asking him to accelerate measures aimed at alleviating the crisis in Haiti, by the appointment of an Ambassador or, failing that, a high-level diplomatic representative in that country.

The SWAT foot patrol at Delmas 40B

Friday, December 16, 2022, a SWAT team on foot patrol was deployed in Delmas 40 B. This provision is part of the security plan put in place by the PNH high command to reassure the population during the Christmas and New Year.

Artibonite : 5,000 displaced persons

Beginning of the distribution of the Single Book

From next week and for the rest of December 2022, the distribution operation will take place throughout the country of the Single Book and the workbook that accompanies it, for all teachers of the first year of primary school ( public and private schools). In January 2023, the free distribution of the Unique Book to each child will begin.

Diplomatic cooperation with Spain

On Tuesday, December 13, 2022 the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Worship, His Excellency Jean-Victor Génusa signed a Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation between the Jean Price Mars Diplomatic Academy and the Nebrija University of the Kingdom of Spain. It should be noted that this Memorandum is the 11th cooperation agreement signed between the Diplomatic Academy and the universities and diplomatic academies
