Cap-Haitien : Wilfrid Romain Daniel has left us

The Ministry of Culture and Communication learned with sorrow of the death on December 30, 2022, in Cap-Haitien of Wilfrid Romain Daniel (71 years old) from Cap, a cultural operator following a sudden illness. Wilfrid Romain Daniel was President and Founder of the group Triomec's, former manager of the Orchester septentrional, member of Noel & Cécibon Records, organizer of the Haitian Compas Festival in Florida. He was also a delegate of the "Les Amazones" sports club. The Ministry of Culture extends its sympathy to his family, relatives and friends as well as to members of the cultural sector.

50 Model Women : Conference and workshop, reservations open

A first batch of the "Single Book" has arrived

Friday, December 30, 2022, the departmental directorates of the North and North-East received from the Ministry of National Education a first batch of the "Single Book" as part of the ongoing reform in the education sector initiated by the Ministry, which provides for the introduction from January 2023, of this unique school book for the first year of the 1st cycle of basic school. These books bring together key subjects such as : Creole, French, mathematics, social sciences and experimental sciences.
