Private University of PAP, closed

The rectorate of the private University of Port-au-Prince announced the temporary closure of the establishment until further notice, due to increased control of criminal gangs.

DR : Without renewed VISA many Haitians worried

The Dominican army acquires 2 twin-turbine helicopters

President Luis Abinader presided over the delivery ceremony of two new Italian AugustaWestland AW-169 helicopters from the Leonardo company. These are the first twin-turbine helicopters that the Dominican army acquires, thus becoming the first institution on the American continent to possess this Italian technology.
