Crisis at the CPT

The members of the Presidential Transitional Council (CPT) are seeking to overcome the crisis it has been going through since the "takeover" by a majority group at the initiative of Moïse Jean Charles.... According to our information, the members of the Council would negotiate a rotating Presidency and a qualified majority of 5 votes out of 7 instead of 4 out of 7 when there is no consensus... The majority bloc seems to be considering reversing its decision, but nothing has happened. It's still official...

FNE : school infrastructure projects
