PM transition : Garry Conille candidate

The SPNH-17 at war against Frantz Elbé

Following the brief takeover of the Gressier police station by armed men, Garry Jean-Baptiste, spokesperson for the SPNH-17 police union, told the Associated Press (AP) "The situation is critical and catastrophic [...]" describing the Director General a.i.
