Sunday, September 29, 2024, Edgard Leblanc Fils returned to Haiti after his participation in the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.

He was welcomed on the tarmac of Toussaint Louverture International Airport by a government delegation, including Prime Minister Garry Conille and Minister of Foreign Affairs Dominique Dupuy.

During his press conference at the airport's Diplomatic Lounge, President Edgard Leblanc Fils addressed the Nation where he took stock of his participation and his meetings and participation in meetings on the sidelines of the General Assembly

He reaffirmed the Government's commitment to restoring security and stability in Haiti.
