DGI : Truce among the strikers

On Thursday, October 10, the strikers of the Directorate General of Taxes (DGI), on work stoppage since September 23, 2024, decided on a truce limited to December 31, 2024, pending the signing of a document dealing with the promised conditions. Otherwise, the strike will resume after December 31, 2014, the strikers maintain. The return to work is scheduled for Monday, October 14, 2024.

A key member of the "kokorat San Ras" gang arrested

Mass deportation : IOM increases its assistance

NOTICE Consulate of Haiti in Montreal closed

The Consulate General of Haiti in Montreal advises the general public and the Haitian community in Quebec in particular that its premises will be closed on Monday, October 14, for Thanksgiving in Canada. Consular services will resume on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
