According to the Senator Francois Lucas Sainvil, Recording Secretary of the Commission responsible of the verification of documents of Prime Minister-designate, the final report was prepared on the basis of analyzes of the various documents submitted to the parliamentarians, by Laurent Lamothe, of report of two subcommissions, residence and nationality and information gathered from the Commission to Review the nationality of members of the Executive, refusing to comment on the findings of the report.
