Haiti - Tourism : Stéphanie announces good news at the Council of Ministers

At the Council of Ministers of Wednesday, Stéphanie Villedrouin, the Minister of Tourism announced two good news "at the level of Port-au-Prince, good news, we will inaugurate Boutillier in six weeks, in mid-July [...] as you know Boutillier it's a site, a tourist attraction for Port-au-Prince. We have already started the process for not only renovate Boutillier but also to build the kiosks so that artisans took the streets and sell their crafts to Boutillier.

The other point is Fort Jacques, we realize the project of Fort Jacques with the U.S. Embassy and tomorrow [Thursday 24] I have to go to Fort Jacques and Boutiller to move forward on these folders. To Fort Jacques, there is a wall that was completely detached on January 12, 2010, I have already spoken with U.S. Ambassador Kenneth Merten, who will soon take care of this project before leaving his post, and make restore the wall at the level of the structure of the fortress..."
