The Prime Minister, Laurent Lamothe, had a historic meeting this Thursday, July 26, with the Prince of Wales, His Majesty the Prince Charles, on the occasion of his official visit to UK.

On this occasion, the Chief of the Haitian Government and the heir of the British throne, exchanged on the reforestation of Haiti and the reconstruction plan of the historic center of the Haitian capital devastated by the earthquake of January 12, 2010.

The Prince Charles, whose Foundation is involved in this operation, promised to the Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe, to continue his commitment in favor of the Haitian people and of its Government.

The Prime Minister Lamothe considered fruitful his meeting with the Prince of Wales and took the occasion to invite him to visit Haiti.
