The Director General of the Ministry of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Rural Development (MARNDR), has proceeded Friday, July 27, to the installation of the engineer agronomist, Jean Robert Vladimir Potgony as the new Departmental Director of the Grand Anse. Mr. Potgony replaces the agronomist Joseph Dieuvilhomme Denis.

During the installation ceremony, Mr. Norman F. Weiner, the Departmental Delegate of the zone reminded the new Departmental Director, the commitment of President of the Republic towards the people Grand'Anselais, that to provide it with a more dynamic agriculture, modern and profitable.

For his part, the engineer agronomist, Jean Robert Vladimir Potgony estimated that agriculture, required the commitment and the involvement of all, from the simple farmer to Minister himself. Highlighting the many benefits of our agriculture of yesteryear, he promised all his commitment and expertise, for the real start of the Agriculture of the Grand Anse and requested the concrete support of the Ministry.
