Following the letter of Carlos Hercules, the President of the Bars Federation of Haiti (FBH) requesting the indictment of Me Anel Alexis Joseph, President of the Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSPJ), the Lower House, has established a Commission composed of 5 members, to examine the possibility that exists to indict the President of CSPJ.

The Deputy Jean Acklush Louis Jeune confirmed this information "[...] effectively the President Levaillant, has done his duty, the FBH had written him, and when it is the case, it is necessary that a Commission is created. Yesterday afternoon [Wednesday], the President announced the names of persons comprising in this commission, they are the deputies : Sadrac Dieudonné, Emmanuel Fritz Gerald Bourjolly, Abel Descolines, Louystz Amyot François and Jean Acklush Louis Jeune.

The role of the Commission [with support from the Bureau] will be to find elements to know if we will confirm or deny the letter that the Bar wrote to the Commission on the indictment of President of CSPJ. We will do the work as quickly as possible [...]"
