Haiti - Diplomacy : The President Martelly met Francois Hollande

The President Michel Martelly, who promotes the technical cooperation and sustainable development in his various exchanges with his foreign counterparts, met Saturday at the People's Palace, on the sidelines of the 14th Francophonie Summit, in Kinshasa, French President François Holland. The discussions revolved around the institutional strengthening and the support to training by France, whose Head of State thanked the commitment. The two Heads of State wished to engage in a new form of cooperation to the benefit of both people.

The President Martelly, while welcoming the support of France to the Universal Schooling Program, Free and Compulsory, particularly in terms of the training of teachers, provision of learning materials and the personal support of French President, in teaching staff to the new Campus of Limonade, wished that the French Government continues its accompaniment, in the strengthening of republican institutions and the National Police.

The President Martelly, said expected of friends of Haiti, a technical cooperation, effective, that will better respond to his vision and triggering a real dynamic of sustainable development.
