The Directorate General of Electricity of Haiti (EDH) inform the general public and its customers in particular that rehabilitation works, are undertaken in the substation Toussaint Brave.

Thus, the substation of Toussaint Brave who had a power of 20 MVA, will increase to 30 MVA in the 2012-2013 Action Plan of the EDH which strives to modernize the substations and increase their distribution capacity.

Consequently, the inhabitants of Bas peu de Chose, Avenue Christophe, Turgeau, Pacot, Street Mrg. Guilloux, Street de la Réunion, Avenue Charles Summer, the National Palace, the General Hospital, the Police Station of Port-au-Prince, the Base CIMO and the Champ de Mars and its surroundings, will be deprived of electricity during the Saturday, November 24, between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm.

The Directorate General of the EDH countson the patience and cooperation of all and renews its commitment to the Haitian population and its determination to work to strengthen the grid.
