Thursday, Stéphanie Balmir Villedrouin, the Minister of Tourism, participated, to the dinner organized by the Hotel School to complete the academic curriculum of the 2011-2013 promotion. The dinner was part of a series of tests that graduating students were faced in the final exams.

This dinner was sanctioned by a jury of experts, including Ms. Valérie Abraham of Folies Gourmandes (former student of the School) and Mr. Denis, Chef at Restaurant Plantation.

Several leading figures in the sector were also present at the reception including : Ebed Louis of Best Western, Mrs. Jaqueline G. Bourgeoly (former Director of the School), Mrs. Maryse Pénette, former Secretary of State for Tourism, Mr. Buissereth Camille, Mrs. Sybile Sicard Siegel, etc...

The Ministry of Tourism is currently working on a project aimed at providing the Hotel School with a professional kitchen of application.
