In order to strengthen its training programs, the Ministry of Tourism organized an intensive training for professionals who want to integrate its various training structures in the departments of South, Southeast, West and North. 6 positions of trainers open immediately.

DURATION OF TRAINING :

5 weeks or 120 hours. (Places limited to 18 participants)

PROFILE OF TRAINERS SOUGHT :

- Positive attitude, open mind, affordable;

- Good interpersonal skills, good communication skills in French (English a plus);

- Flexibility, availability, customer focus, rigor and professionalism service;

- Good professional appearance;

- Age limit: 22-45 years;

- Experience in training or in hotels, restaurants, tourism or a tourism business;

- Be available throughout the training;

Three letters of recommendation (former employers / supervisors or teachers principals)

QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING SOUGHT :

Diploma of Hospitality or tourism or a technical vocational school or university recognized or vocational training in cooking and baking, restaurant and bar, or 5 years experience in one of the areas mentioned

STEPS TO FOLLOW :

- Remove the complete dossier to the Ministry of Tourism, Directorate Training No later than October 18, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. (Only complete applications will be accepted) ;

- If your application is successful, pass the selection interview;

- Follow the training from beginning to end without failure and without delay;

- Complete all modules with a minimum average of 70% per module;

- Get at least a score of 80% for the final evaluation;

- Demonstrate a positive attitude and acceptable professional behavior throughout the training.
